NotesCafé is an online/offline preparatory platform built for aspirants of various exams.
The Platform is intended for solely for personal educational and knowledge upgradation purposes. Users agree to use NotesCafé responsibly and in compliance with applicable laws and these Terms.

Users are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of their login credentials and for activities conducted by/through their account.
NotesCafé reserves the right to suspend accounts involved in misuse, unauthorized access, spam, or activities that may harm the Platform or other users or breach of law in any manner.

Users may create notes and preparation-related content within the Platform.
Content created by users remains their responsibility. By using NotesCafé, users grant us permission to securely store and process such content for providing and improving Platform services.
Users must ensure that uploaded or shared content does not violate any copyright and/or intellectual property rights, or applicable laws.
054. Intellectual Property
All platform content, branding, graphics, design elements, software, and materials — excluding user-generated content — belong to NotesCafé or its licensors and are protected under applicable intellectual property laws.
Users must not reproduce, distribute, modify, or commercially use Platform content to the disadvantage of notes café and that too without prior written consent of nots café management.

NotesCafé continuously improves its features, performance, and user experience.
Features, interface elements, or services may be updated, enhanced, modified, or reorganized from time to time, to improve preparation workflows and platform quality.
We continuously work to maintain a friendly, stable, affordable and reliable experience for all users.
076. Third-Party Services
NotesCafé may use trusted third-party services for authentication, payments, analytics, notifications, cloud infrastructure, and communication services without separately/specifically notifying the user for use of such third party services.
We do not guarantee for and/or are not responsible to, in any manner what so ever, the policies or practices of external third-party platforms.
087. Payments & Subscriptions
Some features or services on NotesCafé may be paid.
By purchasing/ subscribing our paid services, users agree to the applicable pricing, billing terms, and refund policies available on the Platform.
