NotesCafe Study OS is an online preparatory platform built for aspirants of various competitive examinations including UPPCS, UPSC, State PCS, Banking, SSC and other exams.

The Platform is intended solely for personal educational and knowledge upgradation purposes. Users agree to use NotesCafe Study OS responsibly and in compliance with applicable laws and these Terms.

02User accounts

Some features may require users to create an account.

Users are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of their login credentials and for activities conducted by or through their account.

NotesCafe Study OS reserves the right to suspend accounts involved in misuse, unauthorized access, spam, or activities that may harm the Platform or other users or breach any law in any manner.

03User notes & content

Users may create notes and preparation-related content within the Platform.

Content created by users remains their responsibility. By using NotesCafe Study OS, users grant us permission to securely store and process such content for providing and improving Platform services.

Users must ensure that uploaded or shared content does not violate any copyright, intellectual property rights, or applicable laws.

04Intellectual property

All platform content, branding, graphics, design elements, software, and materials — excluding user-generated content — belong to NotesCafe Study OS or its licensors and are protected under applicable intellectual property laws.

Users must not reproduce, distribute, modify, or commercially use Platform content to the disadvantage of NotesCafe Study OS, and not without prior written consent of NotesCafe Study OS management.

NotesCafe Study OS may use trusted third-party services for authentication, payments, analytics, notifications, cloud infrastructure, and communication services without separately notifying the user for use of such third-party services.

We do not guarantee and are not responsible, in any manner whatsoever, for the policies or practices of external third-party platforms.

10AI disclaimer

NotesCafe Study OS may use AI-assisted features. AI outputs may contain inaccuracies. Users are advised to independently verify any educational information, summaries, or recommendations generated by AI before relying on them for examination purposes.

11Limitation of liability

NotesCafe Study OS strives to provide a reliable and secure preparation experience. However, use of the Platform is at the user’s discretion.
