NotesCafe Study OS provides digital educational services. Nothing is physically shipped, so on this platform “delivery” means activation of access to the plan you purchased. This page states when that happens and what to do if it does not.
01Digital Delivery Only
NotesCafe Study OS sells access to digital educational services — study notes, syllabus trees, previous-year questions, current affairs, revision tools and mock test series. No physical goods are sold, shipped or couriered.
No shipping charge, delivery charge or handling charge is levied on any plan, because nothing is physically dispatched.
02Delivery Timeline
Access is activated automatically once the payment is confirmed by the payment gateway — ordinarily within a few minutes of a successful transaction.
Where a bank or gateway marks a payment as pending, access is activated as soon as that payment is confirmed. In exceptional cases this can take up to 24 hours.
03Where Access Is Delivered
Access is delivered to the account registered against the email address and mobile number used at the time of purchase, and is available on the website and in the NotesCafe student application using the same login.
A payment confirmation is sent to the registered email address. No separate activation code or download link is issued.
04Validity Period
Each plan carries the validity stated on the pricing page at the time of purchase, counted from the date of activation.
Plans are one-time purchases for the stated period. They do not renew automatically and no card is stored for future charges.
05If Access Does Not Activate
If payment has been deducted and access has not been activated, email support@notes-cafe.com with your registered email address and the transaction ID.
Such cases are treated as platform-side delivery failure and are eligible for a refund under the Refund Policy.
06Policy Updates
NotesCafe Study OS may update this policy from time to time. Updated versions will be published on the website.
