NotesCafe Study OS provides educational support services including study notes, PYQ analysis, theme mapping, revision material, current affairs content, AI-assisted educational tools, practice resources, premium subscriptions, digital educational products, and preparation services.
02Refund eligibility
Refunds will be considered in cases of:
- Duplicate payment
- Multiple charges for the same subscription
- Payment deducted but service not activated due to technical issue
- Platform-side delivery failure
- System billing error
Refund requests must be raised within 7 days from the transaction date.
03Non-refundable situations
Refunds are generally not applicable for:
- Change of mind
- Examination failure or non-selection
- Low platform usage
- Content dissatisfaction
- Internet/device issues
- Downloaded or viewed content
- AI output dissatisfaction
- Prediction mismatch
- Rank improvement expectations
04Digital content rule
Notes, PDFs, revision materials, AI outputs, theme maps and educational resources are digital goods. Once accessed, viewed, downloaded, copied or substantially consumed, such content shall ordinarily become non-refundable.
05Subscription cancellation
Cancellation does not automatically create a refund entitlement and does not reverse already consumed access.
06Promotional offers
Discounted purchases, coupons, bundles and promotional plans may be treated as non-refundable unless otherwise stated.
07How to request a refund

- Payment proof
- Subscription details
- Issue description

08Refund processing time
Approved refunds may take 7–15 working days depending on banking and payment systems.

Refunds may be rejected where account sharing, scraping, fraudulent activity or repeated misuse is detected.
