017-day no-questions refund
New subscribers can request a full refund within 7 days of their first payment. Email billing@notescafe.app with your account email and we'll process the refund within 5–7 business days.
02Pro-rated refunds for annual plans
If you cancel an annual plan after the 7-day window, we offer a pro-rated refund for the unused months, less a small processing fee.
03Monthly plans
Monthly plans are non-refundable after the 7-day window — but you can cancel any time, and you'll retain access until the end of your current billing period.
04Eligibility
- The 7-day window is per account, not per subscription.
- Refunds are issued to the original payment method.
- Account suspensions for terms-of-service violations are not eligible for a refund.
05How to request
- Email billing@notescafe.app from your registered email.
- Include your account email and a brief reason (optional).
- Refund is processed within 5–7 business days; the bank may take an additional 3–5 days to credit your account.
