UP Dimension:

•       UP has one of India's highest under-5 stunting rates (39.7%, NFHS-5) and the largest absolute burden — a priority state for biofortified-crop and integrated farming interventions.

•       ICMR-RMRC Gorakhpur (Regional Medical Research Centre, est. 2018) works on AES/JE and One Health surveillance in eastern UP.
